1 Introduction and Definitions

bdaee ("Platform", "we", "our") is an online gaming service operated for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the bdaee website https://bdaee.cam and all related services.

When you create an account on bdaee, log in, or use the platform in any way, you are considered to have read, understood and fully accepted these complete terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the platform.

1.1 Definitions

• Opening an account in the name of a corporate entity, trust or any other legal entity is not permitted.

2.2 Verification Process

bdaee reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time or before certain transactions. For this purpose, a National ID (NID), passport or any other government-approved identity document may be requested. Cooperating with the verification process is mandatory for all members.

3 Age Verification and Eligibility

To participate on the bdaee platform, the user must be 21 years of age or older. This service is available only to those aged 21 and above.

3.1 Age Policy

• Any person under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited from opening or using an account on the bdaee platform.
• If it is found that a minor is operating an account, that account will be closed immediately and all deposited funds will be returned.
• It is entirely your responsibility to ensure that no minor member of your household can access your account.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility

bdaee services are designed for users in Bangladesh. Users from certain countries or regions may not be permitted to use this service. It is entirely the user's responsibility to comply with local laws and regulations applicable to their location.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

Financial transactions on the bdaee platform are carried out in a completely secure and convenient manner. All transactions will be completed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT).

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

bdaee supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer.

4.2 Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (the same for each method).
• There is no upper limit on deposit amounts, however additional verification may be required for large transactions.
• Deposited funds must come only from the account owner's own payment method. Third-party funds are not accepted.
• A successful deposit is generally reflected in the account instantly.

4.3 Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes.
• Account verification must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request.
• If the terms of an active bonus on the account have not been met, that amount may be placed on hold until the conditions are fulfilled.
• The policy of withdrawing via the same payment method used for the deposit applies.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

bdaee follows internationally recognised Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policies. If suspicious financial activity is detected, the associated account may be frozen and the relevant authorities may be notified. Funds deposited into the account must be used for gaming purposes only.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

bdaee offers various bonuses and promotional offers to its members. This section describes the terms for receiving and using those bonuses.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. A wagering requirement of 10x (ten times) applies to this bonus.

• Before withdrawing the bonus amount, bets totalling 10 times the combined (bonus + deposit) amount must be placed.
• The welcome bonus applies only once per account.
• If the wagering requirement is not met within the time limit set by bdaee, the bonus may be cancelled.

5.2 VIP Bonuses and Cashback

bdaee has five VIP levels, each offering a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.2%
• Silver — weekly cashback up to 0.4%
• Gold — weekly cashback up to 0.6%
• Platinum — weekly cashback up to 0.8%
• Diamond — weekly cashback up to 1.0%

It is possible to advance to higher VIP levels through regular play.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer may have its own specific terms and conditions, which must be read before accepting the offer.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, bdaee reserves the right to cancel the bonus and review the account.
• Attempting to claim bonus benefits through multiple accounts is a serious violation and will result in all associated accounts being closed.
• Bonuses are non-transferable.

6 Gaming Rules

bdaee platform offers cricket betting, live casino, slot games, fishing games and many other types of games. Each game category may have its own rules, however there are some universal rules that apply to all games.

6.1 General Gaming Rules

• All games are conducted on the basis of fair play principles.
• Using any software, bots or automated methods to play games is strictly prohibited.
• Colluding with other players or the system to gain an unfair advantage is prohibited.
• bdaee reserves the right to void any winnings obtained by exploiting a technical error.
• In the event of any dispute over a game result, bdaee's decision will be considered final.

6.2 Betting Rules

• A bet that has been confirmed cannot be changed or cancelled.
• In the case of live betting, odds may change at any time.
• If a match is abandoned or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with bdaee's established policy.
• If a bet is detected on an event related to spot fixing or match fixing, it will be voided.

6.3 Game Providers

8.1 Suspension by bdaee

bdaee reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• Providing false information or engaging in fraudulent activity.
• Evidence of illegal activity through the account.
• Attempting to abuse or manipulate bonuses.
• Failure to cooperate with security verification.
• If evidence is found that a minor is using the account.

8.2 Account Closure by User

If a user wishes to permanently close their account, they may contact the support team. All pending transactions must be completed and any eligible balance must be withdrawn before the account is closed.

9 Intellectual Property & Copyright

All content on the bdaee platform — including logos, designs, software, graphics, text and other materials — is the intellectual property of bdaee or its content partners. Prior written permission from bdaee is required to use this content.

• No individual or organization may copy, distribute or use bdaee's content without authorization.
• Reverse engineering of the platform's software or codebase is prohibited.
• bdaee's trademarks or brand elements may not be used without authorization.

10 Limitation of Liability

bdaee will not be held liable in the following situations:

• If gameplay is disrupted due to internet disconnection or technical issues.
• If loss occurs due to problems with the user's own device or software.
• Issues arising from technical faults of third-party game providers.
• If financial loss results from the user's own decisions.
• If the service is disrupted due to unavoidable or unforeseen circumstances (force majeure) such as natural disasters, government orders or wartime conditions.
